The Mexican hot chocolate cupcakes were a success! I got rave reviews from everyone who tried them. After last nights Tex Mex fiesta, inclusive of a piñata, I had to have a lie in this morning. I met up with a girlfriend for lunch at Harrisons and if stuffing my face there wasn't enough, I made Neiman Marcus Chocolate chip cookies after dinner this evening. I am supposed to be writing a paper, but I just can't seem to get into the groove...
The cookies are amazing. I highly recommend them!
